Bodenfräsen Volans sind für das Lockern und Verlagern des Bodens, ohne ihn umzudrehen, für das Zerkrümeln von Schollen und für das Stutzen von Unkraut bestimmt. Sie können auch verwendet werden, um den Mineraldünger mit dem Boden auf Acker- und Gemüsefelder zu vermischen.

Die Scheiben mit abgewinkelten Fräsmesser sind mit einem Abstand von 225 mm auf der Rotorwelle montiert.

Der speziell geformte Rahmen der Bodenfräse erleichtert das Fließen des zu bearbeiteten Bodens. Andererseits ermöglicht eine entsprechend geformte, verstellbare hintere Abdeckung für eine präzise Nivellierung der Feldoberfläche und schützt vor dem Werfen von verarbeitetem Boden und Steinen.

Der große Abstand zwischen den Messern des Arbeitsrotors und der Messer zum Rahmen, erleichtert das Fließen von zerkleinertem Boden, was sich auf einen geringeren Stromverbrauch auswirkt. Des Weiteren neigt die Fräse selbst unter schwierigen Bodenbedingungen nicht zum Verstopfen.

Rotavators Volans are designed for loosening and mixing the soil without reversing it, for crushing lumps, for cutting weed-out weeds. It can also be used to mix mineral fertilizers with soil on arable and vegetable fields.

Discs with the knives are mounted on the rotor shaft with interspace of 225 mm.

The frame of rotavator with a specially shaped profile facilitates the flow of the worked soil. On the other hand, an appropriately shaped, adjustable rear cover allows for precise levelling of the field surface and protects against the throwing of processed soil and stones.

A large distance between the knives of the working rotor and the frame facilitates the flow of crushed soil, which has an impact on lower power consumption. In addition, in severe soil conditions, the rotavator doesn't tend to clog.

The working depth (12 cm) is determined by means of side skids.
